How EXCEED Works
If you're a leader in your organisation, you can apply by creating your account at www.exceedmyself.com/register. Your application is reviewed by EXCEED, and once approved, you're ready to participate as a member.
To remain in good standing, members accumulate at least sixty (60) Personal Development Credits (PDCs) per year, with a minimum of fifteen (15) PDCs per quarter. Every opportunity you engage in - whether run by EXCEED, a strategic partner, an independent party, or proposed by you - carries PDCs, so you earn credits simply by growing.
You can also propose your own self-initiated activities to earn PDCs: submit the activity for EXCEED's approval, and once approved, it carries a PDC value of its own.

Three Ways to Partner
1. Anchor Partner: The founding partner behind EXCEED's concept and development. Vertical Momentum holds this role, having created and built EXCEED from the ground up.
2. Strategic Partners: Organisations that enrich the EXCEED member experience by weaving EXCEED into what they already do, from events and consultancy to coaching, speaking, and specialised networks.
3. Enabling Partners: Organisations that enrol their people in EXCEED and sustain their membership year on year. In return, EXCEED gives them a quarterly clear view into each employee's development: the PDCs earned, how they were earned, the growth those activities point to, and - where development is uneven - recommendations to round it out, even for employees already meeting their PDC requirement. This turns individual growth into an organisational asset: partners avoid duplicating development spend and can see exactly where to invest next.
